Annual Picnic
Our annual picnic will be on August 28th, 2021. The location will be at John and Lisa Hawkins’ home in Arthurdale. Please bring tents if you are planning to stay the night.
A vote was taken and it was decided that this year we will not be having a pig, instead, each member is asked to bring a covered dish.
Riders Rodeo
Dates discussed the end of April. Final plans will be announced later. We are still looking for a paved lot large enough to have the event. Please let one of the officers know if you know of a place.
Rides
For the 2021 riding season, we, Chapter 485, will be scheduling rides, on a month-by-month basis, rather than trying to plan out the entire season! Annually planned rides will be scheduled as usual such as Hogs For Dogs, Megans Run, etc. Missed rides due to weather will not be rescheduled. This will allow for a more casual riding season rather than rushing to catch up on rides that were canceled for whatever reason.
Some of the suggested rides were:
- Skyline Drive, Shenandoah
- Snowshoe
- Tripple Nickel (212 miles)
